Mondays are turkey burger nights at my house. Not only do my kids love this burger but it’s a great make ahead meal for the week. Double this recipe to get even more lunches and dinners lined up for you and the kids.




  • 6 oz. no fat ground turkey breast (look for hormone-free turkey)
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped spinach, sauteed and drained
  • Pinch grated nutmeg


Combine ingredients and form into patties. Grill or broil for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through.

I love to serve with sweet potato air fries, roasted broccoli and/or cherry tomatoes.
