So, Gerry, a 60-something-year-old client of the Madison Square Club,
asked me a very important question this morning. I think it goes to the
heart of mastering the art of EFFECTIVE workouts, so I thought I would
use this for my inaugural blog post
“WHEN HAVE YOU REACHED YOUR LIMIT AT THE GYM? IS IT MENTAL
OR PHYSICAL THAT TAKES OVER FIRST?”

I HAVE ALWAYS BELIEVED IN THE POWER OF THE MIND AND WITH RESPECT TO WORKING OUT,
ONE’S MPRE – MAXIMUM PERCEIVED RATE OF EXERTION. I
STRONGLY BELIEVE THAT YOUR MIND CAN WILL YOU PASSED THE
PHYSICAL. WHEN I GET TO THAT POINT WHEN I DON’T THINK I CAN
DO ANYMORE, I PUSH MYSELF AND MY CLIENTS TO DO AT LEAST FIVE
MORE!! WHEN YOU ALLOW YOURSELF, YOU CAN WILL GET RID OF
THE NEGATIVE AND ACHIEVE GREAT THINGS!!
