It offers a staff of skilled trainers, one of whom will work with you every moment to design a program around your strengths and weaknesses. The club is the brainchild of founder/owner David Kirsch. After receiving his degree in law, David continued his personal quest to keep his body, mind, and spirit in harmony. This passion spurred him on to study the science of health and nutrition, training in gourmet food management and becoming a certified and world-renowned personal trainer. Recognizing the failings of many so-called “health clubs,”David decided to share his very personal and successful approach to fitness.

Want to exercise but can’t carve out enough time per day? Madison Square Club’s new 30-minute workouts are the perfect solution. These high-impact, high-intensity workouts are specifically designed to maximize calorie burning through the use of combination exercises—working your entire body and making the most of every second of your workout. Not having time to exercise is an excuse of the past.
